What Happens if My Order is Delayed or Lost?

- Contact your local post office, as they often have the most accurate information about your package’s location.
If there was an error with your shipping address, we’re happy to send a replacement, but we kindly ask that you cover the additional shipping costs.

What is your return or exchange policy for shipped items?
Due to the nature of our art products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
All digital files are final sale, no exceptions.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Original pieces can be picked up depending on which city Erikah is in, which can be between Toronto and Los Angeles. Email hello@erikahmarie.com for further inquiries.
